Dependent on candidate: Salary £22 – £30k + Additional bonus
Supplystore is a small but well established B2B Office Supplies and Print company based in Godalming with strong local emphasis.
We supply a comprehensive range of business products to companies throughout West Surrey and North East Hampshire.
Our clients are loyal because we provide a friendly and reliable service with prices that allow us to compete with the national players.
We require a Customer Services & Operations Co-ordinator to manage the complete process from receipt to fulfilment of orders.
Driving licence is essential.
The ideal customer service & operations co-ordinator will be friendly and motivated, have the ability to liaise with customers and suppliers and have the confidence to take initiative where necessary.
Customer service & operations co-ordinator – Job role:
Receive and process customer enquiries and orders via email, web and telephone
Check, organise and pack goods for delivery
Deliver goods to clients (approximately 8-12 hours per week using company van)
General administrative duties
Place orders with suppliers
Maintain regular contact with regular customers to maintain and further develop relations and business opportunities
Assist with print production – full training provided
Assist with marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
For the right candidate a bonus/commission is available

Business Development Executive – Job Role

Cold calling from database of prospects
The Business Development Executive will manage existing warm leads
Following up prospective client leads and managing CRM database (full training provided)
The Business Development Executive will create quotes and process sales orders
Liaising with leads to fine-tune quotes to ensure they are competitive but profitable.
Occasional client visits to further cement relationship.
Keeping in regular touch with clients to ensure the company is first in line for orders, quotes and other sales opportunities.

This is a flexible role in terms of both hours and location, with occasional home working an option if appropriate.

Full driving licence and own vehicle would be essential.
