We supply a comprehensive range of business products to companies throughout West Surrey and North East Hampshire.

require a Customer Services & Operations Co-ordinator to manage the complete process from receipt to fulfilment of orders.

Driving licence is essential.

The ideal customer service & operations co-ordinator will be friendly and motivated, have the ability to liaise with customers and suppliers and have the confidence to take initiative where necessary.

Customer service & operations co-ordinator - Job role:

Receive and process customer enquiries and orders via email, web and telephone
Check, organise and pack goods for delivery
Deliver goods to clients (approximately 8-12 hours per week using company van)
General administrative duties
Place orders with suppliers
Maintain regular contact with regular customers to maintain and further develop relations and business opportunities
Assist with print production full training provided
Assist with marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
For the right candidate a bonus/commission is available
