Job Description: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in our company’s growth by engaging with small to medium businesses in the Midlands. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our state-of-the-art kiosk and integrated delivery software to potential clients. With your passion for sales and expertise in B2B marketing, you will showcase the unique selling points (USP’s) of our products, highlighting the numerous benefits they bring to establishments.

Business Development Manager – Key Responsibilities:

Engage in meaningful conversations with business owners and decision-makers, understanding their needs and pain points.
Present our kiosk and delivery software solutions effectively, emphasizing how they can boost efficiency and reduce costs.
Articulate the substantial difference in our commission rates (6%) compared to modern corporate portals (35%), enhancing the attractiveness of our offerings.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute effective sales campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.

Business Development Manager – Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a car.
Proven experience in B2B sales or related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and understand our kiosk and software’s unique features.
Strong presentation skills and a persuasive demeanour.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
