Health & Safety and Estates Officer – Part Time

£29,542 – £36,003 p.a. full time salary
Starting salary dependant on skills, qualifications, and experience
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Part Time Health & Safety and Estates Officer.
You will be responsible for helping to ensure that the College meets its strategic objectives.
The main focus of this role is Health & Safety including estates management of building.
You must be a qualified Health and Safety practitioner
The Health & Safety and Estates Officer will be a key member of the Estates Team,
You will develop, embed and demonstrate compliance with Health and Safety legislation, policies, procedures and best practice across the estate and its facilities.
The Health & Safety and Estates Officer will work closely with line managers and staff across the College
As a Health & Safety and Estates Officer you will also be involved with the supervision and project management of compliance contracts and regular contractors.

The four days would Monday – Thursday
