B2B Telemarketer – Sales Lead Generation
Location: Southend on Sea, Essex, SS1 1LW
Salary: £25,000 basic, £35,000 OTE
Contract Type: Permanent – Full time or Part Time

Remuneration

£25,000 Basic, plus monthly bonus – £35,000 OTE. Pension scheme and 28 days holiday.

We have a policy of promoting internally, so there is also a genuine opportunity for career progression into an Account Management role within 6-12 months.

Our clients engage Beanstalk to generate sales appointments and web demos via telemarketing and email marketing.

The Role

Joining our existing telemarketing team to generate leads by telephone and email prospecting on behalf our clients to generate sales leads & appointments.

This is strictly a B2B role – we are only contacting businesses, not consumers / private individuals.

This role is based in central Southend at our offices at the University of Essex, joining an existing team of c20 people.

Although you will be expecting to make plenty of calls and be persuasive on the phone, you will also be responsible for building a good relationship with our clients.

Hours of work are 8.45 – 17.00, Monday-Thursday, and 8.45 – 16.00 on Friday.

About You

Telesales, Lead Generation or Telemarketing experience is preferable; however, we will consider applications from candidates that have worked in a Call Centre, Business Development or Sales Role.

This is not a call-centre environment, you’ll be part of a team you will be working as the key new business development person for several of Beanstalk’s clients and as such need to be self-motivated.

The majority of our team have been with the business for many years, so we are looking for someone who values stability and a grown-up, collaborative working environment.

Full training, support and mentoring are provided. Part Time considered for the right person.
