Sales Assistants - Role Requirements

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day operation of our store. You will be working on a busy shop floor, assisting customers with product advice, answering questions, and helping riders find the right solutions for their needs.

Sales Assistants - Your responsibilities will include:

Providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge
Operating our workshop diary and booking system
Using the EPOS till system
Managing stock and assisting with stock takes
Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers
Undertaking general shop duties to support the smooth running of the store

Sales Assistants - What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are:

Proactive and hard-working
Computer literate

Able to work effectively as part of a team

Working Hours

Our concession stores operate between five and seven days per week, depending on location, with trading hours typically ranging from 9:00am to 8:00pm. Successful candidates must be flexible and available to work across these operating hours, including weekends and peak trading periods. Split shifts will be required.
