Experienced Block Property Manager
Location: Gravesend, Kent Office-based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 3.00 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break (27.5 hours per week)
Salary: £15 £17 per hour, depending on experience
Contract: Permanent, part-time

Experience: Previous residential block management experience essential, ideally at least two years.

We currently manage 22 residential developments across London and the South East.

We are particularly keen to attract an experienced candidate who lives within reasonable travelling distance of Gravesend.

The hours may appeal to someone returning to work or looking for a position that fits around school commitments.

We would ideally like the Property Manager to start as soon as possible to allow for a handover and training on our recently introduced property management software.
