We are looking for ambitious Property Sales Consultants to join our International team, specialising in high-quality off-plan residential property for UK and International buyers.

This is an opportunity to build a rewarding sales career while experiencing a new lifestyle overseas, with a full relocation package including flights, accommodation and visa support.

Property Sales Consultant - The Role

As an Off-Plan Property Sales Consultant, you will:

Work with qualified property enquiries and prospective buyers.
Build and manage strong client relationships.
Understand clients' requirements, budgets and purchasing objectives.
Present suitable off-plan developments and guide clients through the sales process.
Conduct virtual presentations and property viewings where appropriate.
Work with private clients, investors and International buyers.
Manage sales from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
Work towards and exceed agreed sales targets.

This is a target-driven, relationship-led sales role where your ability to communicate, build trust and close deals will directly influence your earning potential.
Full training is provided. You don't need previous overseas property experience. If you have proven sales experience and know how to build relationships and close business, we'll provide the property knowledge and training you need. Training covers the property portfolio, sales process, local market, systems, product knowledge, client management and sales techniques.

Property experience is desirable but not essential. A proven track record in sales is what matters.
