We are a leading manufacturer of automated, high-technology machinery supplying a worldwide customer base. We are seeking an experienced Laser Cutting & Press Brake Team Leader to lead and continuously improve our laser cutting, folding and sheet metal fabrication section.

We operate one of the cleanest stainless-steel laser shops in the industry, using modern, high-specification equipment to produce precision components for high-quality machinery.

Laser Cutting & Press Brake Team Leader - Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the laser cutting and press brake (folding) department
Set up and operate laser cutting and press brake machines
Plan daily workloads and production schedules
Ensure quality standards are met through visual inspection and quality checks
Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings
Maintain a safe, clean and efficient fabrication environment
Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation
Lead by example, motivating and developing your team

Laser Cutting & Press Brake Team Leader - About You

You will be an experienced Laser / Fabrication Team Leader with:

Proven experience leading a sheet metal fabrication or laser cutting section
Strong knowledge of laser cutting and press brake operations
Experience working with stainless steel
Ability to work accurately in a precision manufacturing environment
Strong leadership, communication and planning skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
