Are you passionate about cycling and ready to take the next step in your retail management career?

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing a long standing location, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a positive and engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.

The Role As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service, commercial performance, and team development.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, motivating, and developing the team
Driving sales and achieving performance targets
Delivering outstanding customer service and product expertise
Managing stock levels, merchandising, and product availability
Overseeing workshop bookings and service standards
Maintaining excellent relationships with the accounts office, management and colleagues
Recruiting, training, and coaching team members
Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
Managing rotas, staffing levels, and day-to-day operations
Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing action plans where required

Store Manager - What Were Looking For

We are seeking an individual who is:

Passionate about cycling and the cycling industry
An experienced retail manager or supervisor with proven leadership skills
Commercially aware with a track record of achieving sales targets
Customer-focused and committed to delivering exceptional service
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Computer literate and confident using retail systems
An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Previous experience within the cycling industry would be advantageous, although strong retail management experience from a similar environment will also be considered.

Store Manager - Working Hours

Our stores operate between five and seven days per week, depending on location, with trading hours typically ranging from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Successful candidates must be flexible and available to work across these operating hours with split shifts where necessary, including weekends and peak trading periods.
