Flushing Technician

Salary £14 - £16
Contract 3 - 6 months
Part time or full time option 3-5 days per week
Car driver required and full training will be provided plus petrol costs
To conduct flushing at all unmanned communal areas.
Potential to be used for other areas such as senior living schemes and community rooms.
However, these are likely best managed by those on site, especially the community rooms.
Multiple properties will be visited per day as the task should take minimal time, this will be dependent on the size of the properties, as a rule of thumb I would allow 5mins per room.
Therefore, a standard property with one bathroom and one kitchen should take no more than 15-20mins when taking into consideration gaining access and logging the information.
The current senior living scheme flushing records log would be used to record all flushes.
