The positions:

Salary: c£15.33 – £23 per hour
Pay: £92 p/d (6 hr shift) + Uncapped Bonus

Field Sales Advisor – The Role:
Our mission is to educate smokers about a better choice – a new reduced risk heated tobacco product, at around a third the cost of cigarettes.
Previous tobacco brand experience is preferred, but not essential.
Field Sales Advisor – What’s in it for me?
Shifts offered Monday to Saturday (5 day minimum)
£92 a Day
Paid training
6 hours a day: circa 10:30 am to 16:30 with
Opportunity to earn an additional 1 sale = £20 2 sales = £40 + any additional sales £10 each! (Uncapped)
Opportunity to earn a completion bonus per month
Long term potential
Travel contribution (£10-£20 per day)
Payday is on the last working day of the month, all paid one month in arrears
Field Sales Advisor – Key Role Responsibilities of the role
Nurturing relationships with store retail owners
Driving sales, meeting daily targets (2 sales a day)
Creating an engaging sales experience
Capturing consumer data when selling & reporting
Field Sales Advisor – Applicant Requirements
MUST be 21 or over
MUST have a driving license and working vehicle
Can sell and close
Proven sales background essential – 1 to 2 years
Target driven
Friendly, personable, and with a passion for excellent customer service
Able to self-motivate and operate independently
Able to build and foster relationships instantly with retailers
Diligent in timekeeping, and accurate submission of daily reports using our Mobile App
Own phone to use App for selling
