Secretary / Administrator - Part-Time
Wormley, Godalming

Main place of work 2 full days at Wormley office - can be split as 4 half days (office hours 9 am to 5.30 pm)

Salary up to £25,000 per annum dependent on skills - pro rata on 2/5ths basis

Secretary / Administrator Responsibilities

Dealing with incoming emails and correspondence and liaise with Directors
Handle requests and queries appropriately when asked to do so
Follow up points of action with Directors on Board meeting minutes
Liaise with Chairman and Chairmans PA as required
Make travel arrangements & other ad-hoc bookings for Directors
Keep record of professional training log for staff on HR Directors advice
Assist directors with diary, schedule meetings and appointments correspond with suppliers/manufacturers/banks when asked and write reports when required and liaise
Keep contact lists up-to-date
Compile & claim back expenses for Directors
Check invoices/proformas (utitlies) with Directors for office purchases
Ad-hoc research for products and overseas clients
Maintain office filing system and scanning
Managing stationary orders

Requirements and skills:

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
Good organisational and time management skills
IT Savvy
MS Office proficiency (Basic Excel: skills & basic to intermediate Word skills)
Can-do & flexible attitude
Self-starter
Discretion and confidentiality
