Full Time position (Hybrid working)

Hourly rate £14.00 - £15.00 per hour

Reporting to: Homes for Ukraine /Head of Service

F/T post for 3mths temporary contract (Possible extension)

MAIN OPERATIONAL DUTIES

Responsible for the delivery of high quality, effective admin tasks and service provision in support of the Homes for Ukraine team.
To deal efficiently with telephone calls & a plethora of broad ranging correspondence relating to Homes for Ukraine, ensuring an efficient service is maintained whilst adhering to specific policies and procedures.

Manage the Homes for Ukraine In-Box
Ensure all government data returns are made. Update the Govt portal
Ensure safeguarding and accommodation checks are undertaken and recorded in line with Government guidance and Council policies
Ensure DBS checks are undertaken in line with policy
Ensure interim payments to guests are paid in a timely manner
Arrange advice and referrals for the Guests to specialist public health services and other support agencies
Ensure the Council plays a key role in supporting the integration of Ukrainian families into the local community.
Ensure that internal and external communication is timely and supports the delivery of the Scheme.
Understand, maintain, and operate computer systems, including Orchard, Agresso, Keystone, Sharepoint, Case Management, Civica & Microsoft office suite.
To maintain accurate records, collating & recording relevant information regards to the subject matter
Delivery of excellent service to all customers in line with published service standards, including provision of advice and assistance to all customers.
