Audio Secretary / Administrator
My Client is a surveying practice based in Godalming seeking an experienced Secretary Administrator to join the team.
The day to day responsibilities of the role will include:
Secretarial services including typing, proof reading and amending reports.
Preparing and issuing letters of instruction, terms of business and invoices.
Answering the phone and directing calls.
Keeping and updating records.
Organising paper filing.
Ordering stationery and consumables.
Sending out Christmas cards.
Experience in another professional environment would be desirable, but no prior knowledge of property and construction is required.
Experience using Word, Excel, Microsoft Office are required. Good communication skills will be required for communication with our clients.
Hours: Part-time 30 hours
Willingness and enthusiasm are key, you will need to take on board new skills / different types of work relating to office management, as and when needed
You must be confident, personable and able to get on with people at all levels
You will work with sensitive / private information - confidentiality is essential
Happy working independently as well as part of a team
